The Chaotic Kaiju is a twisted and tormented being.
Created when a life form entered the Chaotic Realm (Where all dimensions combine as one) due to the highly unstable conditions of the realm
In the Chaos Realm the dimensions constantly waver back and forth, constantly shifting realities, therefore anything caught in it is changed due to its molecular structure and DNA being reverted and reassembled into different forms. Nothing has ever been able to escape the realm of insanity...until now.

Powers/Abilities
-Levitation
-extremely poisonous bite (capable of envenoming Godzilla for a few days)
-Third eye in forehead capable of firing a beam of energy decimating anything in its way (seen to be able to shift from a highly concussive beam, a cutting laser, to a beam that explodes in proximity to target
-Extremely sharp spines and armor on body made out of a conglomerate of every material known to man and some others
-Extremely high intelligence (kaiju wise) and understanding of the inner mechanism's of the univers
-Teleportation (about 1.5 miles each jump)
-Extremely strong for size also very agile
-End of tail enters portal to Chaotic realm
-Due to presence of portal it warps anything around about a 2 mile radius
-Telepathy (can warp lower beings to obey its commands) and telekenisis (viewed to be able to pick up a medium size building)
-It constantly has to connect back to the Chaos Realm through its tail to stay at full power
-Highly Arrogant views itself as highest being




P.S. no i did not take the name from Naruto it is a combination of the japanese words for tormented beast (ijime juu)
